4. AI Personal Branding — Special Consent

• You provide explicit written consent before any AI model is created of your face, voice, or likeness.
• Access to approved identity inputs and production assets is limited to the people and providers required for the agreed content workflow.
• You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your AI model data at any time by contacting us at studio@aells.com.
• We do not use your AI model for any purpose other than producing agreed-upon content.

5. Data Retention

• Inquiry and application records may be retained while we evaluate the request, maintain necessary business records, or respond to follow-up questions.
• Client and communication records may be retained for the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward where continuity, accounting, legal, or security obligations require them.
• AI identity inputs, consent records, and production assets follow the written engagement scope, access rules, and deletion or revocation process agreed with the represented person.

You may request deletion or clarification of the applicable retention period by emailing support@aells.com. Some records may need to be retained where law, payment, security, backup, or dispute obligations apply.

• All form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS encrypted connections.
• Access to client data is restricted to authorised Aells team members only on a need-to-know basis.
• Project files and deliverables are stored in secured cloud storage.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
